Teachers and families observe together.

Each child has manageable priority goals, adapted through play, daily routines and interaction. We pay attention to what the child can do, the support needed and their sense of security.

The first days follow an individual settling-in plan. Families and teachers share familiar routines to build continuity between home and school.
